In the coming weeks, we will introduce a new user role in doo: Event Staff.
As part of this update, we are also optimizing the existing roles “Booking Assistant” and “Read‑Only Access.” Users with these roles will soon see only the areas and functions they are actually authorized to access. Irrelevant menu items will automatically be hidden instead of being disabled—resulting in a much clearer and more intuitive user experience. The changes only concern the display and have no effect on the rights of the roles.
We will share all details about the new “Event Staff” role here as soon as it becomes officially available.
