The new doo on-site management is specifically designed for efficient and time-optimized on-site check-in, allowing you to quickly record the attendance of your attendees. After the initial setup, you can use the doo on-site management at any time for all your events.
What can I do with the doo On-Site Management
With the doo on-site management, you can:
- Scan QR codes on tickets and digital wallets on-site to quickly check in attendees in a single step.
- Search for and directly check in attendees who have forgotten their ticket.
- Keep track of the number of expected and already checked-in attendees.
In the coming weeks and months, you can also look forward to these additional features:
- Thanks to the new attendee details view, you can view and edit all data related to an attendee without leaving the page.
- With the badge feature, you can print simple, personalized black-and-white badges and labels on-site using a compatible printer. You can store an HTML template for badge design in your organization settings.
You can find more information in our help center article on the doo On-Site Management.

Who is the doo On-Site Management suitable for?
The doo on-site management was specifically developed with event organizers in mind who regularly host small to medium-sized events with a simple setup and up to a maximum of 500 attendees, and who want to manage on-site check-in independently using a standardized solution.
What do I need on-site?
To quickly check in your attendees on-site using the doo on-site management , you will need a laptop or tablet and a 2D barcode scanner per station. A stable internet connection is also required.
If you plan to print badges on-site, you will also need a printer (one per station). In this case, the laptop should be running a Windows operating system.
What does Beta mean?
In software development, “beta” means that a feature—or parts of a feature—is already usable, but development is not yet complete. This means that some functions may still be missing. Additionally, the feature has not yet been tested in real-world scenarios. During the beta phase, feedback from beta users is collected to refine the feature based on real use cases and to fix bugs, close functionality gaps, and improve the user experience.
Of course, we have thoroughly tested our doo on-site management – but testing is not the same as a live deployment. Since we don’t yet have live experience and some important functions are still missing, the feature is currently in the beta phase. If you’d like to test the feature now, you’ll receive early access and have the opportunity to influence its further development through your feedback. Please be aware that not everything may work perfectly at the beginning and that errors may occur.
