How can I make changes to my order?

For some events, rebookings are possible via the booking self-service portal. If this function is enabled by your event organizer, you’ll see a link “Already registered? Click here to proceed to your booking” below the ticket selection on the event website. By typing in your booking number and email address you can log into your booking portal and check if you can adjust the booking yourself.

If you don’t have the option to edit your booking via the booking portal, please get in touch with the organizer whether and under which conditions rebookings can be made to another date, another ticket category or another person.
