How do I cancel my booking?
Since the organizers we work with have different cancellation policies, the management of cancellations lies with the respective organizer. We as a service provider forward the payments to the organizer on an ongoing basis, therefore any refunds of participant fees are also up to them.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact your organizer directly.
Please also consider the booking conditions of the organizer, which you may view in the doo booking portal (if activated by the organizer).
