Where to find event details
Usually you can find general information about the event and the tickets you bought in your confirmation mails, and eventually on the invoice and ticket you might have received after your booking.
The organizer has the option to additionally activate a booking portal for his event. You will then find the link to your personal booking portal in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can access it by returning to the event website and clicking on “Already registered? Click here to proceed to your booking”. In your booking portal you will find information about the event, the ticket categories you booked, eventually with the option to download associated tickets and documents.
For more detailed information about the event or eventual changes please directly contact your organizer. The contact information can be found in your confirmation emails as well as in your booking portal.
