Overview: Email types at doo

At doo, we differentiate between three different types of emails:

  • booking related emails, that are sent automatically to the booker in relation to his registration (e.g. booking confirmations, event reminder, approval messages) and which are managed in the settings of the respective events

  • email messages, that the organizer can send out manually to selected contact groups – e.g. invitation campaigns, update emails or survey requests to attendees – and which can be created and sent via the email messages feature

  • auto emails that can be used to individualize and automate mails to contacts, booker and attendeees – normally in the context of doo automations, according to your internal requirements. This function requires access to the auto email editor and doo Automations
