Is it required to print the tickets out?

The organizer has the possibility to activate tickets for events. In that case, the tickets will be attached to your confirmation email that is sent to you after a successful booking (for paid events after receipt of payment).

If the booking portal has been activated by the event organizer, your tickets can also be downloaded from there. In this case, you can either access your booking portal via the corresponding link from the confirmation email, or by logging in via the event website by clicking on “Already registered? Click here to proceed to your booking” below the ticket selection.

A separate ticket is generated for each attendee, i.e. everyone should carry their own ticket. Since the individual organizers have different regulations, please ask your organizer directly if you’re unsure whether you need to print your ticket or if it is sufficient to show it on a mobile device at the entrance.
