Innovations in the doo navigation

In order to further improve usability, we are changing the UX design of the platform:

All event settings and the individual steps involved in creating an event can be accessed directly from the new, more clearly arranged event detail page
the main menu on the left can be collapsed (creates more space, e.g. for managing participant or booking overviews)
the button to create a new event is now in the top right corner of the header

Hidden internal questions + UX improvements

With the release of the feature to hide internal questions, organizers will be able to mark questions as internal and separately configure whether questions should be visible to the booker or not. Furthermore, internal questions can now be added to the booking component during manual registration, via prefill or API values.

Various usability improvements have been made through the UX improvements. When creating or editing an event, the end dates are now automatically pre-filled with the new start date you just selected. It also provides a better overview of the restrictions applied to tickets.
The organizer now also has the option of copying tickets. The user interface for product groups has also become clearer as a result of the update.

As a further feature, it is now also possible to configure ticket PDFs for specific tickets of an event.

Improved ICS files

With the improved IC files, organizers can now enter a separate plain text event description to be used for calendar invites when creating a new event.
There is also an option to include a link in the ICS event description to better support virtual events in calendar invites

Several payment service providers for one event (Multi PSP)

The Multi-PSP feature enables organizers to manage their payment option(s) transparently in the manager app and to use several (own) payment providers or payment options per event at the same time. This ensures greater flexibility and structure when using payment options and integrating customer-specific payment processes.

Certificates for Participants

Hosts can now create a custom document with Tickedoo or an external HTML editor and use all attendee-level doo placeholders. For example, you can create your own certificates for participation in an event. These certificates can then be downloaded from the individual bookers. Detailed instructions for using certificates can be found here.

Granular email tracking

The organizer now has the option to disable the tracking of opens and clicks for email messages. In addition, a separate domain can now be used for tracking these events.
