How to use access and promotion codes

If you have received an access or promotion code from the organizer, you can redeem it at the beginning of the booking process by inserting it into the appropriate input field.

By entering an access code, “hidden” ticket categories are made visible, which you can then select and book in the next step.

By redeeming promotion codes you can get discounts on the total booking amount. To do so, select the desired ticket category(ies) – the discount will be deducted directly from the invoice amount after entering a valid promotion code.

Please note that codes will be displayed as invalid until they have been fully entered into the field.

If a code is not valid or if you want to redeem a code subsequently for an already existing booking, please contact the organizer.
