Upcoming maintenance
On this page we announce expected maintenance work on our platform, which will be accompanied by a short-term inaccessibility of the doo Event Manager. This work is regularly necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our software and to install updates and new functionalities. If not stated otherwise, maintenance work usually takes a maximum of 10-15 minutes and is carried out at 8 a.m. German Time in the morning.
Upcoming maintenance
- March 8, 2025, 3-5 p.m. CET – Infrastructure update of the Email Editor – The editor may be unavailable for a few minutes during this period, and response times may be slower than usual during the rest of the period
If our platform is still not accessible for you after the end of the maintenance work, please delete the cache of your browser. This is possible via the settings of your browser. Usually you can also clear your cache by reloading the page using the refresh button (usually next to the address bar) while holding down the shift key.
