Overview contact data fields
To manage the data of your contacts, doo provides you with predefined system data fields. You can see this data in the contact details, you can export, import or edit the values manually. To extend the contact data for your individual use case, you can create your own fields. There are different field types available, which are explained below.
System contact data fields are automatically linked to the counter values of the predefined booking and participant questions. In the case of custom fields, you can define this connection when creating the questions in the event creation process. This connection is relevant for synchronization of booking and attendee data with contact data and for prefilling of contact data in the booking process.
